Come along and try a new sport this April

Looking to get fit for summer? Interested in trying out a new sport? Come along to one of Seacourt’s weekly ‘Have a go’ sessions. These one or two-hour sessions generally take place on  a Saturday from 4-6pm.

‘Have a go’ sessions are a great opportunity to try out something new. Perfect for beginners of all ages and run by one of our experienced coaches or members. Recent sessions have included real tennis, lawn tennis, padel and badminton. The cost to come along is £5. Simply call or email Reception to book in.

Recent new member, Joanna, came along and has now signed up for the new monthly membership offer. “As a regular yogi and cold-water swimmer, I was keen to try some racquet sports. I was a bit nervous initially but really enjoyed the Real Tennis and Lawn Tennis sessions. I am looking forward to learning a new skill and improving my fitness. It was lovely to meet some new people too. We have now started up a WhatsApp group to book some practice sessions and I’m looking forward to attending some club nights.”
