Wednesday 6:30 pm – Yin Yang Flow
Combining active Yang-like practices to build strength and stamina, with gentler Yin styles of yoga and mindfulness to unwind.
A yoga, mindfulness & mixed movement class fusing Western fitness & physiology with Eastern philosophy and movement practices.

Thursday 6 pm – Slow Flow
A gentle-paced yoga flow and self-care class that gives you time to unravel your stresses and to harmonise your body & mind.
An all-inclusive class, suitable for anybody. Feel free to bring props such as cushions and blankets to make your practice extra comfortable.
