Wednesday 6:30 pm – Yin Yang Flow

Combining various yoga flow practices with breathwork to elevate your energy and release tension in body & mind. A multi-level class practised to music.

This is a yoga, mindfulness & mixed movement class fusing Western fitness & physiology with Eastern philosophy and movement practices. Please bring your own yoga mat. 2 x yoga blocks and a blanket are also advisable

Each month Ocean Flow Therapies will bring you different yoga and therapeutic wellbeing events that focus on giving you a more immersive experience and an opportunity to connect with others from the Ocean Flow Community.

Beginners, Newbies, and Friends are all welcome to come and enjoy!

Please bring your own yoga mat. 2 x yoga blocks, a tennis ball, a cushion, and a blanket are also advisable.
