What a fantastic time it has been hosting the players and also witnessing some great tennis throughout the last 9 days, not only from the British team but also our visitors from France, the USA, and Australia.
Those who couldn’t attend the Club to watch have been able to follow all the action live online, thanks to the wonderful streaming provided by Ben Geytenbeek on behalf of the T&RA.
We also look forward to sharing some fantastic action shots of the players, all captured by our official photographer, Eloise Flynn (IG: @ehfphotography).
Our thanks to our real tennis members who gave up their valuable court time – hopefully the standard of play will inspire us all to greater things!! Thanks must also go to all those members who hosted the players – it is appreciated as it wasn’t just for a few days this time!
Drew, ably assisted by Brett McFarlane and Adam Player, did an excellent job marking throughout the whole event – thank you!!
Finally, our thanks to Fiona, our chef, along with Jon and the bar team, all of whom worked so hard to ensure everyone was well fed and watered.
